Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements for AI projects.
Designing and developing AI models, algorithms, and systems to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.
Conducting data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation to ensure data quality and suitability for AI modeling.
Building and training machine learning models and deep learning neural networks using libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Optimizing and fine-tuning AI models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
Implementing natural language processing (NLP) techniques for text analytics, sentiment analysis, and language generation.
Integrating AI models and systems into existing software applications and platforms.
Collaborating with software engineers and data scientists to deploy AI solutions into production environments.
Conducting testing, validation, and evaluation of AI models to ensure robustness and reliability.
Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning technologies, and applying them to solve complex business challenges.

Academic Skills and Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science or AI: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Computational Linguistics.
Advanced Python Proficiency: Mastery of Python for AI development, specifically using libraries like PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and NumPy.
LLM Orchestration Frameworks: Academic or professional mastery of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack to build multi-step "Agentic" workflows.
Neural Network Foundations: Deep understanding of the Transformer architecture (Attention mechanisms, Encoders/Decoders) to optimize Claude’s performance.
API Engineering & Integration: Expert knowledge in designing and consuming high-scale APIs, with a focus on streaming data and error-handling for LLMs.
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Development: Ability to build and optimize the pipeline that connects your MLS data to the AI's "working memory."
Tokenization & Embedding Logic: Theoretical understanding of how text is converted into high-dimensional vectors and how to choose the right embedding models for Real Estate terminology.
Prompt Programming & DSPy: Knowledge of programmatic prompt optimization (using frameworks like DSPy) to move beyond manual "trial and error" prompting.
Vector Database Management: Hands-on experience with Pinecone, Milvus, or Qdrant for storing and retrieving property listing embeddings.
Backend Engineering: Proficiency in FastAPI or Go to build the high-speed middleware that handles the AI's logic before it reaches the UI.
Evaluation & Benchmarking Math: Ability to implement mathematical scoring (like BLEU, ROUGE, or custom ROI accuracy metrics) to test the AI’s output.
Containerization & Deployment: Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes to ensure AI services can be deployed consistently across different regions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. X+ years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing AI solutions.
Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and NLP techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with AI development libraries and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or scikit-learn.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, for AI model deployment.
Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
