Job Description

In this role, you occupy the critical space between our technical team and the end-users. Real Estate is a relationship-based industry; therefore, your job is to build trust. You will manage the entire post-sale lifecycle, from the initial "technical handshake" to the full-scale adoption of Claude agents across national teams. You will analyze an agency's current workflow (how they manage listings, how they vet investors, how they handle property management) and architect a transition plan that integrates our AI agents into their daily routine. You are not just providing support; you are acting as a consultant who proves the ROI of AI by showing how many hours were saved on syndication paperwork or how much faster a property was listed and sold.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding agencies, strategic support, and retention.

  • Strategic Onboarding: Leading the "First 90 Days" plan for new Real Estate Groups to ensure they hit key adoption milestones.

  • Change Management: Helping agencies overcome internal resistance to AI by demonstrating its value as a "co-pilot" rather than a replacement.

  • Retention & Growth: Monitoring usage health scores to identify agencies at risk of churning and proactively intervening with training.

  • Feedback Loop: Acting as the "Voice of the Customer" by gathering specific feature requests from the field and relaying them to the AI Product Manager.

  • Outcome Tracking: Measuring and reporting on the "Success Metrics" (e.g., "Agent efficiency increased by 40% after implementing the Claude Listing Assistant").

Key Activities:

Delivering webinars, gathering product feedback, and account management.

  • Workshops & Webinars: Conducting high-energy live training sessions for hundreds of agents on how to prompt Claude for better listing descriptions or financial summaries.

  • Workflow Audits: Meeting with Agency Owners to map out their manual processes and identifying where AI agents can be "plugged in" to save time.

  • Custom Success Plans: Creating bespoke implementation roadmaps for large-scale Syndication groups or Property Management firms.

  • QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews): Presenting data-driven insights to C-level executives of Real Estate Groups to show the impact of the AI partnership.

  • Collateral Creation: Developing "Best Practices" guides and "Prompt Libraries" specifically for Real Estate use cases.

Academic Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • AI Literacy: A deep understanding of Generative AI (specifically LLMs like Claude) and the ability to explain "tokens," "prompts," and "context windows" in plain, non-technical language.

  • Project Management: Certification in PMP, Agile, or Scrum is highly desirable.

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding the Real Estate ecosystem (the relationship between Brokers, Lenders, and Syndication) is crucial to speak the "language of the client."

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Public Speaking, CRM (Salesforce/Hubspot), Customer Service Excellence.

  • Persuasive Communication: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills; you must be comfortable leading a room of skeptical executives.

  • Empathy: The ability to understand the frustrations of a non-technical broker and guide them through the learning curve with patience.

  • Technical Troubleshooting: While not a coder, you must be comfortable enough with APIs and CRMs (like Salesforce or Hubspot) to help with basic integration issues.

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to look at usage data and spot trends or bottlenecks in how the AI is being utilized.

  • Relationship Management: A "natural" at networking and building long-term partnerships based on mutual success.

Work Experience:

4+ years in Account Management or SaaS Success.

Daily Job Schedule:

The daily job schedule will follow the standard working hours of the company, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, occasional flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines or collaborate with remote team members.
