Job Description

As the AI Product Manager, you own the "Product Market Fit" for our AI initiatives. You will spend your time identifying the most painful bottlenecks in the Real Estate lifecycle—such as the delay in loan approvals, the complexity of syndication reporting, or the manual labor of listing management—and designing AI-driven solutions to eliminate them. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, translating the high-level needs of Real Estate CEOs and Investors into technical requirements for the Developers and Prompt Engineers. You are responsible for the "Ethics and ROI" of the product; you must ensure that our AI agents are not only profitable and efficient but also compliant with the high standards of the Anthropic Partnership. You will manage the product lifecycle from initial discovery and "V0.1" prototypes to nationwide rollout and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Roadmap of AI agents, prioritization of functions for Property Managers and Lenders, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Product Vision & Roadmap: Creating the long-term plan for how AI will evolve from a simple chat assistant to a fully autonomous Real Estate engine.

  • Stakeholder Management: Navigating the complex needs of Agency Owners, Financial Brokers, and Tech Partners to ensure everyone is aligned.

  • Feature Prioritization: Making the tough calls on what to build next based on data, market demand, and the "token cost" of Claude’s API.

  • Success Metric Definition: Defining what "success" looks like—whether it’s a 50% reduction in lead response time or a 20% increase in closed syndication deals.

  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Collaborating with the Implementation Manager to ensure that when a new AI feature is released, the entire national network knows how to use it to make money.

Key Activities:

Interviewing stakeholders, defining efficiency KPIs, and managing the product backlog.

  • User Discovery: Conducting deep-dive interviews with top-performing Brokers and Lenders to uncover "unmet needs" that Claude can solve.

  • PRD Writing: Drafting Product Requirement Documents that clearly explain to Engineers the "intent" behind an AI agent’s behavior.

  • Competitive Analysis: Keeping a close eye on other PropTech and AI companies to ensure your Anthropic-powered solution remains the industry leader.

  • Feedback Loop Management: Reviewing usage data and customer complaints to pivot the product strategy in real-time.

  • Ethical Oversight: Working with the Legal & Compliance officer to ensure the product roadmap doesn't venture into "gray areas" of AI housing discrimination.

Academic Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree: Business Administration, Computer Science, or Real Estate Development. An MBA is highly preferred.

  • AI Product Leadership: Proven training or experience in the unique lifecycle of AI products (which differs from traditional SaaS due to data dependency and model uncertainty).

  • Strategic Frameworks: Mastery of Agile, Scrum, and Product Discovery frameworks (e.g., Jobs-to-be-Done).

  • Market Expertise: A deep understanding of the Real Estate value chain (Listing -> Sale -> Management -> Syndication).

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Agile Methodologies, Knowledge of Anthropic Claude API, Real Estate Market Analysis.

  • Strategic Empathy: The ability to put yourself in the shoes of a busy Real Estate Agent and design a product that actually makes their life easier.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfort with using analytics to prove that a feature is working (or admit when it isn't).

  • Technical Fluency: You don’t need to code, but you must understand Claude’s capabilities (context windows, RAG, and reasoning) well enough to know what is possible.

  • Exceptional Communication: The ability to tell a compelling "story" about the future of AI in Real Estate to inspire your team and your clients.

  • Decisiveness: The ability to make high-stakes decisions under the uncertainty that comes with frontier AI technology.

Work Experience:

5+ years in Product Management, 2+ in AI/ML projects

Daily Job Schedule:

The daily job schedule will follow the standard working hours of the company, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, occasional flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines or collaborate with remote team members.
