Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
API integration design, system scalability, and security architecture.
* System Blueprinting: Creating detailed architectural diagrams that map out data flow, model inference, and security layers.
Technology Selection: Evaluating and choosing the tech stack (e.g., Pinecone for vector search, Kubernetes for scaling, and Snowflake for data warehousing).
Security & Privacy Architecture: Designing multi-tenant structures to ensure that Agencey A cannot see Agencey B's private lead data, even though they use the same AI.
Model Lifecycle Management: Overseeing how we deploy, monitor, and update Claude models across the national network (MLOps/LLMOps).
Cost Optimization: Managing the "token budget"—designing efficient architectures to ensure that nationwide AI usage remains profitable and cost-effective.
Key Activities:
Diagramming data flows, selecting the tech stack (AWS/GCP), and overseeing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementation.
* Architectural Review: Leading weekly "Deep Dives" with the Fullstack and Data teams to ensure code aligns with the long-term system design.
Proof of Concept (PoC) Leadership: Building the first working prototypes for complex features like "AI-Automated Syndication Waterfall Modeling."
Stakeholder Translation: Presenting technical roadmaps to the Board of Directors and Real Estate Group owners, explaining how the AI will scale their business.
Performance Benchmarking: Setting the standards for system latency (response time) and accuracy that the QA team will eventually test.
Technical Documentation: Maintaining the "Source of Truth" documentation for the entire technical organization.
Academic Skills and Qualifications
* Master’s or PhD (Preferred): Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Systems Engineering.
Cloud Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) or Google Cloud Professional Architect.
Specialized AI Training: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, context window management, and the specific "Constitutional AI" framework used by Anthropic.
PropTech Knowledge: Academic or professional background in Real Estate technology or Financial Systems (FinTech) architecture.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Python, Vector Databases (Pinecone/Weaviate), LangChain/LlamaIndex.
* Systems Thinking: The ability to see how a small change in a prompt affects the entire financial output of a syndication report.
Expertise in Python & Cloud: Deep hands-on experience with cloud-native AI services (AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI).
Vector Database Mastery: Knowing exactly how to structure property data for semantic search across millions of listings.
Communication: The rare ability to talk "code" with developers and "ROI" with Real Estate Brokers in the same hour.
Leadership & Mentorship: Experience guiding multidisciplinary teams through the "fog of war" that often comes with frontier AI development.

The daily job schedule will follow the standard working hours of the company, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, occasional flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines or collaborate with remote team members.
