Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Architect, design and deliver premium-quality landing pages, sales funnels and microsites that drive conversion and reflect brand excellence.
Produce and oversee creation of visual assets including branding, mockups, product imagery, motion graphics, video content, audio content/podcasts, downloadable assets, and interactive materials.
Develop, package and deploy digital products such as e-books, online courses, membership portals, templates, and other downloadable or interactive offerings.
Lead the creation, production and launch of physical product lines — design of packaging, labeling, promotional visuals, product photography, video demonstration, e-commerce integration, and store listing.
Manage the end-to-end product journey: naming, positioning, pricing strategy, checkout implementation, fulfillment logistics (for physical items), digital delivery mechanisms, and post-launch monitoring & optimization.
Integrate product workflows with marketing automation, email sequences, analytics, CRM systems and e-commerce platforms.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, development, operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless product launches and high-quality customer experience.
Monitor product performance metrics, gather customer feedback, perform A/B testing and iterate on product improvements.
Ensure brand consistency, creative excellence and high standards of user experience (UX) and interface (UI) design throughout all digital assets.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies (AR/VR, interactive media, new platforms) and drive innovation in digital product creation and delivery.
Key Activities:
Conduct ideation sessions and roadmap planning for new products.
Design wireframes, prototypes and full quality designs for landing pages and product interfaces.
Coordinate asset production: manage videography, photography, audio recording, editing, motion graphics and illustration.
Oversee packaging and product photography for physical goods; liaise with manufacturing/fulfillment as needed.
Implement and configure landing pages, bundles, membership portals, shopping carts, payment gateways and automation rules.
Launch products, create promotional campaigns, deliver training and internal briefings.
Review analytics, conversion rates, customer behaviour and lead optimization efforts.
Provide ongoing refinement of existing products, assets and processes.
Hold regular status meetings, prepare updates for leadership, and maintain product documentation.
Academic Skills and Qualifications
Degree in Digital Media or Design: A Bachelor’s degree in Digital Product Design, Multimedia Arts, or Visual Communications.
AI-Assisted Content Strategy: Specialized knowledge in using LLMs like Claude to generate high-quality editorial structures and marketing copy.
Visual Communication Theory: Academic grounding in typography, color theory, and layout design specifically for digital consumption.
UX/UI for Information Products: Understanding how users interact with digital documents, dashboards, and interactive PDFs.
Mastery of Design Software: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
Prompt Engineering for Creatives: The ability to write complex prompts that force Claude to generate content in specific brand voices and structured formats.
Data Visualization: Academic training in turning complex real estate market data into beautiful, easy-to-understand infographics and charts.
Digital Publishing Standards: Knowledge of EPUB, accessible PDF, and web-based publishing formats for cross-platform compatibility.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Understanding the psychology of "Call to Action" (CTA) placement within digital products to drive investor engagement.
Interactive Media Design: Proficiency in tools like Canva, Ceros, or Framer to create "living" documents that update in real-time with MLS data.
Brand Identity Systems: Ability to ensure every AI-generated product adheres strictly to the CAS | Consulting Group brand guidelines.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in visual design, multimedia production (video, audio, motion graphics), and interactive content creation.
Strong technical knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.), landing page builders (Unbounce, Leadpages, Webflow), membership portals, and automation tools (Zapier, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
Excellent UX/UI design instincts and the ability to deliver both aesthetic quality and conversion-focused outcomes.
Strategic thinking and product mindset: ability to envision full product lifecycles from concept to launch to iteration.
Strong marketing acumen: copywriting, storytelling, funnels, value proposition, positioning and pricing strategy.
Analytics-driven: able to interpret metrics, run A/B tests, optimize experiences, and make data-backed decisions.
Leadership and project management skills: managing multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating external vendors and meeting tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish an advantage).
Adaptability, creativity, problem-solving mindset and drive to experiment and innovate.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 5–8 years in digital product creation, e-commerce product management, multimedia production, or a closely related role.
Proven track record of launching successful digital products (courses, templates, membership sites) and ideally physical products for online sale.
Demonstrable experience designing high-end landing pages, user interfaces, and multimedia content (video/audio).
Hands-on experience with e-commerce setups, payment gateways, fulfillment logistics and digital delivery systems.
Experience in leading teams, coordinating vendors, and managing end-to-end product development cycles.
Portfolio of relevant work (landing pages, product visuals, multimedia assets, live product examples) is required.
Daily Job Schedule:
The daily job schedule will follow the standard working hours of the company, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate shoots, deadlines, or client needs.
