Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and disciplined Executive Bodyguard and Security Driver to ensure the safety, mobility, and operational security of a high-profile executive. This position demands exceptional professionalism, tactical readiness, and absolute discretion. The candidate must possess extensive experience in personal protection, defensive and offensive driving, and advanced security operations. Preference will be given to professionals trained in military or special forces units with expertise in firearms, extraction strategies, and high-risk environment protocols. The role also involves mentoring and training new security agents within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-spectrum personal protection for the executive during all movements and engagements.

  • Plan, execute, and oversee secure transportation routes, including local and international travel.

  • Conduct offensive and defensive driving maneuvers, including evasive escape techniques and vehicle control under duress.

  • Operate armored and tactical vehicles; ensure all security communication systems are functional.

  • Maintain proficiency in firearms handling, safety, and tactical response operations.

  • Train and develop new agents in tactical procedures, firearms handling, extraction methods, and executive protection protocols.

  • Perform pre-operational site inspections, reconnaissance, and threat assessments.

  • Coordinate security logistics with law enforcement, security partners, and emergency services.

  • Maintain detailed incident reports, security plans, and situational awareness documentation.

  • Uphold absolute confidentiality and loyalty to the executive at all times.

Key Activities:

  • Conduct daily security briefings and route risk analyses.

  • Inspect and prepare assigned vehicles and equipment prior to departure.

  • Escort and drive the executive safely to all destinations with professionalism and discretion.

  • Ensure secure environments at residences, hotels, and venues before arrival.

  • Participate in tactical drills, emergency simulations, and team training exercises.

  • Communicate effectively with the executive, team members, and command center.

  • Report irregularities, threats, or unusual patterns immediately.

  • Support logistics and planning for high-profile events or business trips.
