Job Description

As a Digital Strategist Jr., you will assist in the development, execution, and optimization of cross-platform digital strategies. You’ll work closely with senior strategists, marketing managers, content creators, and data analysts to support campaigns that align with business goals and customer needs. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, an analytical mindset, and strong communication skills who’s looking to launch or grow a career in digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across web, social, search, email, and content.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.

  • Help manage and monitor performance of campaigns through tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush.

  • Support content planning by contributing ideas based on analytics and digital trends.

  • Create and present reports that summarize campaign performance, KPIs, and improvement recommendations.

  • Collaborate with creative, SEO, and paid media teams to ensure alignment on messaging and targeting.

  • Maintain digital marketing calendars and timelines to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital tools, trends, and best practices.

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Conduct market research to identify digital trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.

  • Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics.

  • Create customer personas to guide content and campaign development.

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Optimize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for website content and structure.

  • Oversee content marketing initiatives, including blogs, videos, and downloadable resources.

  • Develop social media strategies for brand awareness and engagement.

  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including automation and A/B testing.

  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to produce digital assets.

  • Track KPIs (key performance indicators) and generate performance reports.

  • Present strategic insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Oversee paid media strategies and manage PPC budgets.

  • Stay current with digital trends and platform updates (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

  • Implement CRO (conversion rate optimization) techniques to improve results.

  • Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies (e.g., CRMs, marketing automation tools).

  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Create digital customer journeys to optimize lead nurturing and sales funnels.

  • Monitor online reputation and manage digital crisis communication plans if needed.
