Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Frontend/Backend development for AI tools, consuming Anthropic APIs.
Interface Development: Building high-performance, mobile-responsive frontends using React or Next.js that can handle complex data visualizations.
API Orchestration: Designing and maintaining the backend logic that routes user queries to the correct AI agent (e.g., routing a loan question to the "Lender Agent").
Real-time Streaming Implementation: Setting up WebSockets or Server-Sent Events (SSE) so Claude’s "thinking" process and responses feel instantaneous.
System Integration: Connecting the platform to the Data Engineer’s Vector Database and the external MLS/Financial APIs.
Performance Optimization: Ensuring the app remains lightweight and fast, even when processing large property listings or complex syndication documents.
Key Activities:
Coding in React/Node.js, integrating third-party services (MLS feeds, Stripe for Lenders).
Fullstack Coding: Developing features in TypeScript across the entire stack, ensuring type safety from the database to the UI.
AI Middleware Development: Writing the logic that "cleans" user input before it goes to Claude and "parses" Claude's output into structured UI components (like tables or charts).
Testing & Deployment: Writing unit and integration tests for new features and managing the CI/CD pipeline to deploy updates to the national agency network.
Collaborating on UX: Working with the UX/UI Designer to turn Figma prototypes into functional, pixel-perfect code.
Bug Resolution: Identifying and fixing technical bottlenecks in the interaction between the app and the Anthropic API.
Academic Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree: Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Advanced Web Development: Deep knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
AI Integration Training: Proven experience or specialized training in integrating LLM APIs (like Claude) into production environments.
Security Foundations: Understanding of OAuth, JWT, and secure data handling, especially for financial and personal user data.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
React, Node.js, REST/GraphQL, AWS Lambda.
Frontend Mastery: Expert-level React.js, Tailwind CSS, and state management (Redux, Zustand, or TanStack Query).
Backend Proficiency: Strong experience with Node.js/Express, FastAPI, or NestJS.
Database Integration: Experience working with both traditional SQL (PostgreSQL) and the Vector Databases (Pinecone/Supabase) provided by the Data Engineer.
Cloud Services: Proficiency in AWS or Vercel for hosting and managing serverless functions.
AI-Specific Dev Tools: Familiarity with LangChain or Vercel AI SDK to speed up the development of conversational features.
Work Experience:
4+ years in Fullstack Development.
Daily Job Schedule:
The daily job schedule will follow the standard working hours of the company, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, occasional flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines or collaborate with remote team members.
