Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
1.1 Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following definitions apply:
The Organization: The company that owns the App and created the Global Entrepreneurship Tournament.
The Tournament: The global competition event called the “Global Entrepreneurship Tournament” or “Global Entrepreneurship World Cup (GEWC).”
The App: The digital platform where users, affiliates, and entrepreneurs participate, make sales, and build communities.
Affiliate: A registered user who promotes the App and participates in competitions by country.
Participating Country: One of the 48 participating countries.
Sponsoring Business/Entrepreneur: A company or individual who pays to appear in a Live (Match).
Match (or Contest): A live event where two countries compete, generating sales for a sponsoring business.
Validated Sale: A confirmed transaction within the App, where there is no fraud, reversals, or inappropriate activity.
Competition Points: The value assigned to each match to determine advancement in the Tournament.
Tournament Stages: Affiliate Qualifying, Group Stage, Round of 16, Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Final.

This document governs:
The nature of the Tournament
The conditions of participation
The responsibilities of affiliates, countries, and businesses
The competition rules
The scoring system
The use of the App within the Tournament
Commercial, integrity, and legal aspects
Intellectual property and usage rights
Dispute resolution mechanisms
SECTION 2 — NATURE AND OBJECTIVE OF THE TOURNAMENT
2.1 Tournament Objective
The Tournament aims to promote global entrepreneurship through a competitive system between countries, based on:
Generating sales through the App
Affiliate activity
Participation of sponsoring businesses in events (Matches)
Strategic alliances to promote products or services
2.2 Nature of the Event
The Tournament is:
Digital
Commercial
Non-sporting
Voluntary participation
International
SECTION 3 — AFFILIATE PARTICIPATION
3.1 Registration and Quotas
Each country has a maximum of 1,000 affiliates.
Registration is subject to validation by the Organization.
The first country to reach 1,000 affiliates will be declared the Group Head in the Tournament.
3.2 Affiliate Requirements
Be of legal age according to the laws of your country.
Provide truthful and verifiable information.
Do not use bots, prohibited automation, or fraudulent techniques.
Accept the use of metrics, tracking, and cookies.
Comply with this document in its entirety.
3.4 Affiliate Benefits
Commissions based on actual sales.
Participation in national rankings.
Possibility of bonuses based on country performance.
Access to the Global Affiliate Panel (statistics).
Access to promotional tools.
3.5 Penalties
The Organization may suspend or terminate members for:
Fraud
Brand misuse
Deceptive promotion
Fake sales
Manipulation of metrics
Inappropriate behavior
SECTION 4 — PARTICIPATION OF SPONSORING BUSINESSES / ENTREPRENEURS
4.1 Nature of Participation
A sponsoring business pays a fee to appear in a live match where two countries compete to generate sales.
4.2 Official Fees per Stage
Stage Fee Countries Involved
Group Stage. USD $100,000 48 countries
Round of 16 USD $250,000 16 countries
Quarter-finals USD $500,000 8 countries
Semi-finals USD $1,000,000 4 countries
Final USD $5M – $10M 2 countries
4.3 Business Obligations
Provide authorized legal, creative, and advertising materials.
Comply with applicable tax and business laws.
Guarantee that the products and services offered are genuine and legitimate.
4.4 Sponsor Benefits
Includes, but is not limited to:
Global exposure during the match.
International sales reach.
Real-time tracking and metrics.
Promotion on social media, affiliates, and communities.
Inclusion in pre- and post-event content.
SECTION 5 — TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE
5.1 Member Classification
Duration: until 48,000 members are reached.
The first 8 countries to fill their quotas will be group leaders.
5.2 Group Stage
48 countries → 8 groups of 6.
Each match pits two countries against each other, promoting the Sponsor.
Scoring:
Win (highest validated sale): 3 points
Draw: 1 point
Loss: 0 points
5.3 Single Elimination
Includes:
Round of 16
Quarterfinals
Semifinals
Final
In each match, the country with the highest volume of Validated Sales advances.
5.4 World Final
Two finalist countries.
One company or entrepreneur participates as a sponsor.
Fee: USD $5M – $10M.
Minimum sales expected to exceed USD $10,000,000.
SECTION 6 — SALES AND COMMISSION SYSTEM
6.1 Validated Sales
A sale is considered valid when:
It is generated within the App.
It has no returns, fraud, or disputes.
It complies with authorized payment methods.
6.2 Affiliate Commissions
Commissions are determined by:
Country of origin.
Sales volume generated.
Individual performance.
Round reached by the country.
6.3 Revenue Distribution
Revenue generated by sponsoring companies is transferred to the Organization according to the previously agreed terms.
In-app sales are distributed according to the current structure.
SECTION 7 — RULES OF INTEGRITY, ETHICS AND HONESTY
7.1 Prohibitions
The following are strictly prohibited:
Creating fake accounts.
Manipulating sales.
Impersonating others.
Automating unauthorized processes.
Using scripts or bots.
Distorting competition between countries.
Manipulating live streams.
7.2 Audits
The Organization reserves the right to:
Audit sales.
Review suspicious transactions.
Withhold payments in case of suspicion.
Request additional documentation.
7.3 Sanctions
These include:
Suspension
Expulsion
Removal from the country
Withholding of prizes
Legal action
SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADEMARK USE
All tournament materials are the exclusive property of the Organization.
Only a limited license for use is granted to affiliates and sponsors.
Modifying, selling, or redistributing any materials without prior permission is prohibited.
SECTION 9 — PRIVACY AND USE OF DATA
The data will be used exclusively for Tournament purposes.
Protection is guaranteed in accordance with international privacy laws.
The use of metrics, cookies, tracking, and analytics is permitted.
SECTION 10 — MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
The Organization may:
Modify rules
Change dates
Adjust scores
Reschedule matches
Cancel phases
Replace sponsors
All changes will be announced through official channels.
SECTION 11 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Organization is not responsible for:
Technical failures of third parties.
Internet outages.
Outages of external platforms.
Payment issues caused by third parties.
Force majeure events.
SECTION 12 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1 Mechanisms
All disputes will be resolved through:
Direct communication.
Mediation.
International arbitration (depending on the host country).
12.2 Applicable Legislation
The jurisdiction will be that of the country where the Organization is legally constituted.

Full acceptance of this document.
Proper use of the App.
Acknowledgment of the established rules and obligations.
Consent to the commercial, legal, and digital policies.
