Job Description

You will lead the security strategy for our Claude AI implementations, ensuring that data privacy and model integrity are never compromised. As the AI Security Architect, you will be the primary guardian of our AI infrastructure. You will design, build, and oversee the implementation of secure architectures that allow our department to leverage Claude AI without exposing proprietary data or intellectual property. You will bridge the gap between traditional cybersecurity and the unique vulnerabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs), ensuring that every API call and data retrieval process meets the highest global security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Define security benchmarks for AI, oversee encryption, and mitigate "Prompt Injection" risks:

  • Develop and enforce a "Secure by Design" framework for all AI-integrated applications.

  • Lead the selection and implementation of security tooling for LLM monitoring (Firewalls for IA).

  • Establish data sovereignty protocols to ensure Claude is utilized within compliant geographical and technical boundaries.

  • Collaborate with the CISO to align AI security with the broader corporate cybersecurity posture.

Key Activities:

Designing secure API gateways, auditing data flows, and implementing "Constitutional AI" guardrails:

  • Conducting Threat Modeling sessions specifically for LLM-based features.

  • Designing and maintaining secure API middleware to intercept and sanitize prompt inputs.

  • Configuring Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) endpoints to ensure private connectivity to Anthropic's infrastructure.

  • Performing architectural reviews of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems to prevent unauthorized data access.

Academic Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree in Information Security: A Master’s or PhD in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or Cryptography.

  • AI Threat Modeling: Academic mastery of designing security architectures specifically for "Probabilistic Systems," including the identification of "Attack Surfaces" in LLM pipelines.

  • Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA): Deep knowledge of implementing "Never Trust, Always Verify" principles across cloud-native real estate applications.

  • Secure Multi-Tenant Design: Specialized training in architecting systems where multiple agencies share the same AI model without ever risking cross-contamination of private lead data.

  • Cryptography & PKI: Advanced understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and modern encryption standards for data at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3, AES-256).

  • API Security Mastery: Academic grounding in securing the "Handshake" between your platform and the Anthropic/Claude API, focusing on OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.

  • Knowledge of AI Framework Security: Understanding the internal security vulnerabilities of Python libraries commonly used in AI (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or TensorFlow).

  • Cloud Security Certifications: Professional-level academic knowledge equivalent to AWS Certified Security - Specialty or Azure Security Engineer Associate.

  • Network Defense Architecture: Proficiency in designing Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and Virtual Private Clouds (VPC) that act as the outer perimeter for AI servers.

  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP) for LLMs: Knowledge of designing automated systems that intercept and block the accidental leakage of sensitive financial data from the AI to the user.

  • Regulatory Compliance Engineering: Theoretical understanding of how to translate legal requirements (GDPR, CCPA, Mexico's LFPDPPP) into hard technical security controls.

  • Systems Resilience & Disaster Recovery: Academic grounding in "Fault-Tolerant Systems" to ensure the AI agents remain operational and secure even during a targeted DDoS or infrastructure failure.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

CISSP, experience with Anthropic’s API, Python, Cloud Security (AWS/GCP).

  • Expertise in OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and IAM (Identity and Access Management).

  • Deep understanding of the OWASP Top 10 for LLMs.

  • Proficiency in Python and Go for security automation.

  • Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, or AWS Certified Security - Specialty.

Work Experience:

5+ years in Cybersecurity; 2+ years in AI/ML security.

Daily Job Schedule:

The daily job schedule will follow the standard working hours of the company, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate shoots, deadlines, or client needs.
