Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
User journeys, wireframing the real estate app, and design systems.
Conversational Flow Mapping: Designing the logic of how a conversation starts, how errors are handled, and how Claude asks clarifying questions about a property.
Multi-modal Interface Design: Creating layouts that combine text-based chat with interactive maps, property galleries, and financial data visualizations.
Prototyping AI Interactions: Building high-fidelity prototypes that simulate the "feeling" of talking to Claude, including latency management (loading states).
User Research: Conducting interviews with Real Estate Agents and Property Managers to identify "friction points" in their current workflows.
Accessibility (A11y): Ensuring the AI interface is usable for people with different abilities, including voice-to-text optimizations.
Key Activities:
Figma prototyping, usability testing with real brokers.
Figma Design & Prototyping: Crafting the visual language of the app, from the typography of the chat bubbles to the color coding of "Lender" vs. "Broker" agents.
UX Writing: Collaborating with the Prompt Engineer to ensure the "system messages" and AI responses sound professional, helpful, and on-brand.
Interaction Audits: Analyzing how users interact with the AI to see where they get confused or where the AI's "long context" responses become overwhelming.
Design System Management: Maintaining a library of reusable UI components (cards for listings, sliders for financial inputs, etc.) that the developers can implement quickly.
A/B Testing: Testing different UI layouts (e.g., a full-screen chat vs. a side-bar assistant) to see which leads to higher user retention among brokers.
Academic Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree: Graphic Design, Interaction Design (IxD), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related creative field.
AI/NLP Literacy: Formal training or proven experience in designing for Large Language Models (LLMs). Understanding "Latent Space" or how AI generates content is a plus.
Psychology/Linguistics Foundations: Courses in cognitive psychology or linguistics are highly valued to understand how users perceive "intelligence" in software.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Figma, UX Writing, Conversational Design, Adobe Suite.
Mastery of Figma/Adobe XD: Expertise in creating complex, interactive prototypes and design systems.
Conversational UX Expertise: Deep knowledge of "Intent," "Utterance," and "Entity" design—understanding how users phrase questions to an AI.
Data Visualization: Ability to take complex financial data (from the Financial AI Analyst) and turn it into clean, understandable UI elements.
Prompt-Aware Design: Understanding the limitations of LLMs (like response time and hallucinations) and designing UI solutions to mitigate them (e.g., "Check Accuracy" buttons).
Agile Collaboration: Ability to work in fast-paced sprints alongside Data Engineers and Fullstack Developers.

Daily Job Schedule:
The daily job schedule will follow the standard working hours of the company, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, occasional flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines or collaborate with remote team members.
